Sherry Hickmon, M.S, BCBA 

Clinical Supervisor, Savannah, GA

Sherry began her career working in the mental health field working with individuals with a variety of psychiatric disorders and developmental disabilities. There she learned about ABA and its benefits in treating her patients and realized her passion for behavior analysis. She returned to school to obtain her BCaBA Certificate.

Sherry joined the C.A.B.S. team in 2016 as a therapist and Case Manager. As a BCBA at CABS, she has worked exclusively with children with autism for the past five years with an emphasis on treating non verbal learners age 2-10. Sherry has a passion for helping families and supporting learners with emerging communication skills. She has experience in staff training and parent support and provides supervision and guidance to RBTs and Case Managers at C.A.B.S.

ColE Stricklin, BA  

Practice Manager, Savannah, GA

After working with children on the spectrum privately for 10 years, Cole wanted to make sure she was providing as much opportunity for success as she possibly could to the children in her care.  She returned to school and recently received her BA in Psychology and with an emphasis on human behavior and fell in love with modern ABA.  In her mission to spread the socially significant changes that ABA therapy can bring to those on the spectrum and their families, Cole focuses on making sure that the RBTs at C.A.B.S. have every support they may need to successfully implement therapy to our clients.

TheA Schmidt Hickmon, B.S, 

Case Manager, Savannah, GA

Thea Schmidt started in the field of behaviorism in EAB before finding a love for ABA and working with individuals with disabilities. After earning her undergraduate degree at Georgia Southern University Armstrong in Psychology with a minor in ABA, Thea started a full-time position working as a behavior therapist, growing and learning within the field.

Thea is currently Case Manager at C.A.B.S as she pursues her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. She r working with kids of all ages, particularly clients that are new to ABA and those with challenging behaviors.
