Thank you for submitting your application. We will be in touch shortly to share about our program, and learn more about your child. As part of the intake application, it is important that you submit a copy of your child’s most recent diagnostic report confirming an Autism Diagnosis within the last two years.

Once we receive this information will submit a request to your insurance company for an authorization to conduct an assessment. We will call you to review the intake process, schedule the assessment, and set up a time to meet in person to discuss any questions you may have.

The assessment typically takes anywhere from 2-8 hours over the course of 1-3 day.s The report will take another 3-5 days to complete at which point we will meet with you to review our recommendations for treatment.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback about goals based on your family’s values and goals for your child. 

After the treatment plan is approved we will submit a request to start treatment to your insurance provider. This can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your insurance plan.  During this time we are available to support through you parent resource groups.  Once approval is received your child is ready to start services.
